When you received the prompt to enter your email address after the update to the Opera VPN app, this created a SurfEasy account for you automatically. Once this email address was entered and submitted an email with instructions for setting up your SurfEasy password (and processing payment, if you are a free user) will be sent to the address provided. Once the password is set you are then able to access your SurfEasy account from accounts.surfeasy.com.
If you did not receive an email to set your password, please contact our Support Team at firstname.lastname@example.org and they will help resolve the issue for you.
If you did not receive the prompt to enter your email address, you can create a free account from SurfEasy from the homepage of surfeasy.com or accounts.surfeasy.com.
Step 1: Type in the email address that you would like to register.
Step 2: Click on "Try it free" and this will register your account and send instructions for setting up your password to the provided address
