If you are unable to connect to our network there are several possible solutions. Are you using public WiFi? If so, you might need to agree to their terms and conditions first before being able to connect. Open your web browser in order to agree and connect.
Could another application on your device be causing the connection issue? If you have other security software or another VPN on your device, ensure they are turned off or uninstalled and attempt to connect again.
Have you restarted your device? You can also uninstall and reinstall the application. Sometimes the simplest solutions are the ones that work.
In some cases connectivity issues can be resolved by reinstalling the VPN profile on your iOS device. You can reinstall the profile by following the instructions below:
Step 1: Tap on the menu
Step 2: Tap "Reinstall Profile"
Step 3: Tap "Allow"
This will reinstall the Opera VPN profile on your device. Once it is re-installed, the VPN will attempt to make a connection.
